I posted awhile back looking for a recruiting service to help me locate talent to strengthen my teams. I had not had much luck with a few other agencies however I recalled a conversation with someone from the group referring EMichele Paul Howard and her business Melanin Enterprise. I could write a short story about how pleased we were with her work so I will keep it brief. She is VERY professional, Very detailed, sent quality candidates and Very affordable, even for a small business like us. She even has a replacement policy in case a candidate does not work out.

It was a Friday morning and I had arranged for a handyman contractor to come through and give a quote and do some work for a client. She needed over 10 TVs installed and around hundreds of pictures hung.
I had asked 2 contractors already and this was the third. When he arrived, he told me he wouldn’t be able to do the work til later that week. Unfortunately, my client needed it done before he would even be able to start and we knew it would be a couple of days to complete the job. Normally I would use a thumbtack or home advisor to get new referrals however weeks before I had met EMichele of Melanin Enterprise - The Black Professional Social Network. I sent out a quick text to see if she could refer someone and literally within a few hours we had some at the door, gave us a great price and great work.
Then the next day I had my own little experience where I had some electrical work that needed to be looked at and again a quick text and moments later Mr. Charlotte LLC was at my door and fixed my problem. Her is my facebook post from Feb, 6th 2019

Wow!!! Where do I start with expressing what a major impact Melanin Enterprise has been to my business. I am the Owner of Level Up Consulting Services, LLC and Founder of Believing Everyone Succeeds Together, Inc a nonprofit organization.
I have attended numerous networking events in which I have met and gained relationships with many clients and fellow business owners. At the last event, I the privilege of meeting a radio personality and from the networking event my nonprofit has gained a partnership in which will give us unlimited access to advertising on air, a spot on The Manny Lovon show and financial backing for any event we promote for the organization. Through this partnership, my consulting business has gained a contract for grant writing and consulting services that will net us over $3,000.00.
